Snazco is a brand operated and billed under Zane (“we”, “us”, “our”). We undertake client engagements selectively and work only where there is clear alignment, commitment, and mutual understanding. Once onboarded, we remain dedicated to delivering services with diligence, integrity, and professionalism, in accordance with agreed scopes and expectations.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made for services offered through Snazco, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, performance marketing, SEO, SaaS and app growth, analytics, consulting, coordination, and other professional or advisory services. This Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any applicable service agreement or proposal. In case of any conflict, the terms of the specific service agreement shall prevail.
No-Refund Principle
All fees paid are non-refundable by default once an invoice has been generated and payment has been made. As a service-based business, Snazco deploys time, manpower, tools, and operational resources immediately upon initiation, which constitutes valid consideration for the fees charged, irrespective of outcomes.
Any refund, if granted, shall be solely at the discretion of Zane and may be partial, conditional, or declined entirely based on work completed, costs incurred, and internal assessment. No refund shall be deemed automatic or implied under any circumstance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be considered only if raised prior to service initiation, provided that:
- No invoice has been generated and paid; and
- The order or scope has not been initiated, executed, or communicated internally or externally.
Once an invoice is generated and paid, the order is strictly non-cancellable.
Service Issues & Discrepancies
Any service-related concern, discrepancy, or issue must be raised in writing within three (3) business days from the date of service initiation or first delivery. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Issues raised beyond this period shall not be eligible for review, cancellation, or refund.
Third-Party Platforms & Dependencies
Where services involve third-party tools, platforms, or service providers, Snazco’s role is limited to execution, coordination, or advisory support. We do not control third-party decisions, policies, timelines, approvals, suspensions, or changes. Any delay or outcome arising from such third parties shall not entitle the client to a refund.
Client Obligations
You acknowledge that timely and accurate submission of information, approvals, access, credentials, and inputs is critical. Any delay, failure, or adverse outcome resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or delayed inputs from your side shall absolve Snazco and Zane of all refund liability.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is expressly approved by Zane in accordance with this Policy, the refund shall be processed within nine (9) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment via Razorpay, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Payment Methods & Refund Processing
Payments for services may be made through multiple modes, including but not limited to Razorpay, bank transfer, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, as permitted by applicable laws.
Where a refund is expressly approved by Zane in accordance with this Policy, the refund shall be processed within nine (9) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of approval, using the original mode of payment, where technically feasible, or an alternate mode as determined by Zane, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Finality of Decisions
All decisions relating to cancellations, refunds, deductions, or approvals shall be made reasonably and in good faith by Zane and shall be final, binding, and conclusive.
